I met with Dr Ng several months ago. I have ALS. I was desperate to find anyone to help. He was arrogant and I actually loved that. Loved that he felt he could help me. He told me about a doctor in Georgia that would cost $20000. Went back the next day for extensive blood tests. He told me he would get back to me when the blood test results were back and come up with a plan. I received the results 3 weeks later. Waited a week and emailed his office. No response. Dr. Ng seems is a rigid, intolerant individual who demands complete deference from patients. He browbeats patients and shamelessly compels them to buy supplements from his office at exorbitant prices. Reprehensible.

Dr. Ng is the most knowledgeable, caring, and sincere physician that I have ever met. The other 2 positive comments on this site are right on. Don't worry about the wait time, he'll spend all the time you need with you. You will likely have to change what you eat, exercise more, do more insurance paperwork, but isn't that better than taking multiple drugs and suffering with endless side effects? He cares about your quality of life and he improved mine and my wife's immensely!
Dr Ng is the kindest, most knowledgeable, Physician that I've ever met, in my decade long search for a trustworthy, skilled, Family doctor. Dr Ng cured my daughter's severe hyperthyroid condition without resorting to the radioactive iodine that the other doctors were insisting she urgently needed. It also feels good to work with a doctor who cares and takes the time to listen to the patient and makes you feel like an important partner in the quest for good health.
I have never met a kinder more through MD He doesn't stop until you are healthy His nonsense holistic approach is the best I have encountered but it doesn't let you off the hook you still need to do your part with diet and exercise. Wait times may be long sometimes with Dr. Ng but trust me when I say that is part of why he is excellent. If you need the time he is going to give it to you! No matter how long Each patient is special
