I had a great experience with Dr. Neuman as my dentist. He's kind, understanding, and even made my 8-year-old daughter look forward to our appointments. I called the dentist office today and my concern was about a letter I received. I thought it was saying I missed an appointment the 86.$ fee however it was a from a previous appointment I still owed a balance my insurance did not cover. I understood and I was ok with that. But the receptionist was very rude and she hung up in face. This is unbelievable and very unprofessional.
