Appointments are always a year out and they don’t give reminder calls and the customer service is horrible instead of trying to take accountability she tried saying I’d missed appointments but just had a recent phone appointment the ppl there are just plain out rude
He is terrible, I have been without my medication too long. I have a serious disease. He said I needed labs and I already had them done.
I was a bit nervous with all of these bad reviews but I’m so glad I went in with an open mind. His nurse Jill talked to me like we were old friends. She took my call when my phone had a glitch and didn’t tell me I had a new voicemail until right before they closed. I appreciated that so much. As for Dr. Nelson, I had one of the worst cases of hyperthyroidism he had seen. Concerned about my symptoms, he prescribed medication for me and told me I could call if I needed something. My boyfriend had a HORRIBLE experience with this doctor , Dr. Nelson told him it wasn’t his problem if he couldn’t figure out my boyfriends medicine after calling 3 times in span of a month during weekdays !! and had the Audacity to say wait till Monday simply because he isn’t working during weekends ?
