I don't even know where to begin! secretary or whoever is answering phones and booking appointments is the worst. We can never get through and when we finally get through she is very rude and is no help whatsoever. I called to change an appointment and she never picked up and till this day is trying to bill me $50 for missed appointment which I left voicemails for. he is very old and shakes when attending to my child.
