I've been visiting for over 10 years now and would highly recommend. Richard is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He has always looked after me with my needs whether it was for glasses or contacts.

I made a huge mistake of going to this place for a new computer specs. and this mistake costs me $ 290. - They convinced me that I needed a bifocals ( not really ). - Waiting time for a new lenses was longer then what they promised. - During adjustment optometrist broke my $ 600 frame, which apparently was sent to Queensland to be fixed. Again a few extra days of waiting time. - When finally I was picking up my glasses they were trying to get from me 50 % of what they paid for frame repair . Been a totally satisfied client of Richard for 30+ years. He has always advised and prescribed excellent solutions for my vision as it has changed over the years. I have other optometrists closer to my Central Coast location, but I definitely keep coming back to Richard!
