Richard and Alisa are kind professional and very friendly. I have been coming here since i was 11 and I am now 25 and Richard is very honest and up to date with optometry. I very much trust and value his opinion with my changing visual needs. Alisa is also a very sweet and happy receptionist who is always so welcoming and pleasant.
Richard’s attention to detail and friendly manner made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. The eye examination was comprehensive, and I left feeling confident that my eye health was in excellent hands. If you’re looking for an optometrist who is experienced, caring, and committed to outstanding patient care, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard McLean.
Richard is a meticulous optometrist. He does not try to upsell products. He tries to get the best result for the best price. Alisa is amazing at helping people select frames which compliment their features. I would not go elsewhere.
Richard was very thorough with the eye test and was so flexible and accommodating when pricing the glasses to fit my private health limits. I would rate 6 stars if I could!
Absolutely brilliant and most favourite optomitrist. Richard is very thorough in finding the right lens for you taking and takes the time to explain each step and what the future might look like ie changes in sight. Always friendly, always kind, nothing is a bother AND he sticks Kate Spade frames! It’s an absolute yes from me and my family. We won’t go anywhere else!
