Richard is a meticulous optometrist. He does not try to upsell products. He tries to get the best result for the best price. Alisa is amazing at helping people select frames which compliment their features. I would not go elsewhere.
Richard was very thorough with the eye test and was so flexible and accommodating when pricing the glasses to fit my private health limits. I would rate 6 stars if I could!
Absolutely brilliant and most favourite optomitrist. Richard is very thorough in finding the right lens for you taking and takes the time to explain each step and what the future might look like ie changes in sight. Always friendly, always kind, nothing is a bother AND he sticks Kate Spade frames! It’s an absolute yes from me and my family. We won’t go anywhere else!
I recently attended Richard Maclean Optometrist at Thornleigh and the experience was nothing short of excellent. Richard and his team showed great care to get things right for me and his knowledge and expertise was instrumental in providing a solution far superior than other competitors.
