We are first time home sellers, and Rich answered our questions through every step of the process. He came and looked at the house to recommend updates, helped advise us of contractors. Additionally, he brought other recent comparable sales, that helped advise us of current market value. He came back out and reviewed our updates, and went over selling paperwork a few days before we went on the market.
