Terrible. Had my ex sister inlaw listed as my wife for years after telling them to change it a million times. Had a house that was supposed to have the best coverage available, filed a claim then was told I have a 15% deductible on a 30k roof repair... was then told that I couldn't be changed after trying to file the claim.
