Office staff very unfriendly. Office waiting room depressing. Care is satisfactory!
Dr Herman and Dr Mass didn't listen when I told them both I might have achalasia. Was told I was 'too young' and had to just 'deal with it until you get better, there's not much we can do'.. I got 10x times worse. I lost 60 lbs in a year, barely able to eat! I am currently going to Temple Hospital and was told it is achalasia!!!!! 😡 You need to listen to your patients doc!
This is a review of my experience when I went to see Dr Herman about a bit of pain in my right ear drum. 1. The office staff was very pleasant 2. The problem was clearly stated to Dr Herman. He did a visual inspection of the right ear drums d said it was a bit dry and that there was nothing more to see. He prescribed antibiotic drops which didn’t make sense since there was no infection.
