Dr. Geoghean began his private practice career in 1982 with Yorktown Chiropractic and in 1986, he moved his chiropractic practice to Cold Spring. In 1996, he combined with Dr. Cardenas and formed the multidisciplinary practice known today as Startnew Medical, P.C. After going to this place for 2 months and having 3 sets of trigger point injections and 1 set of facet injections I feel worse than I did before I even went there. The staff is unprofessional, they are too busy texting on their cell phones to listen to your problems. My leg is so bad now I can barely stand on it. I have lost almost all the feeling in it to the point where I actually fell down trying to get out of bed. AWFUL!!! STAY AWAY. Completely agree with staff being rude and unattentive. Doctors are cold and uncaring. Dr Bruma diagnosed me with a disc bulge 15-s1. The truth is after about 2 months of "non aggressive" therapy which consistented of being placed on a treadmill for 15 minutes and some very simple stretches all in all about 25 minutes a session if that I went to a real doctor. A surgeon who told me I had a large centralized herniated disc and no therapy would help I needed surgery asap. Also was l4-l5 not l5-s1. Dr Bruma ... read more
HORRIBLE Staff is rude and loud. The person at the front desk interrupts you when you're speaking, because what Roseanne has to say is obviously more important then anything you, the patient, might be speaking about. Doctors are cold and not very clean. One doctor had on a soiled lab coat and her shoe had tape wrapped around it . What is that about. The other doctor could stand to wash her hair.
