I’ve been seeing Dr. Chasen for years, and he’s truly an excellent doctor. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I’m comfortable. I always feel like I’m in great hands. Also want to give a special shout-out to Jackie in billing. She’s always so helpful, patient, and kind whenever I have questions. The entire team here makes the experience as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!
Dr Chasen is a doctor who is very kind, thorough and listens to his patients. Three of my family members go to him and we all think he is great!!

More so not happy with them charging me after I went to see the doctor and they couldn’t assess me properly to see if I can or cannot go through the procedure with them. Instead they wasted my time scheduling a procedure, going through all the preoperative things that they ask for. I totally understood why they couldn’t BUT, why not tell me while I’m visiting UPFRONT?!?
