I've never gotten to see Dr Butler himself only the positions assistant julie. They have been very careless with my healthcare to say the very least do yourself a favor and find a different primary care physician before something bad happens
Made an appointment through ZocDoc. They neither confirmed it nor cancelled it so ZocDoc allowed me to join the waiting room and the doctor never showed up. When you try calling them, their voicemail says they do not pick up calls and you can only leave a message that will be returned the next day, or text or email. I did all three; no response, 2 hours after my appointment.
If you are a woman, you probably do not want to go to Dr. Butlig. He is a sexist. I called to make an appointment for my husband and he got an appointment four days later. When he came in, he was taken back and seen by the doctor right away. However, when I called, I didn’t get an appointment until almost a month later. Extremely difficult to get a call or text returned. I needed to hound them for every little thing. No personal attention to the patient.
The cleanliness score is abysmal. I had an appointment last March for my annual check-up, during which I specifically requested the exam results to be sent by email. They confirmed this twice and collected my email address, as I would be out of the country and needed to show the results to my primary doctor. However, they never followed through on their promise.
