Went to my appt with Dr. Lucarelli today and he had the afternoon off yet I had an appt! I needed refills and they refused to contact him or ask another dr. to write them for me. Wanted me to come back the next day...sure! Once before I was kept waiting 4 hours and never seen. Then they did not want to credit my account for the co-pay. Also when I had a detached retina over a weekend I called and was told to go to the ER. I called the ER and they said there was nothing they could do and that my doctor should find a retinal d... read more

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The biggest annoyance is they have a very stict appointment system which allows them to penalize patients for missing appointments or being late, but then patients sit for 30 minutes to an hour in the waiting room. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
