I arrived at Dr. Richard Suarez's office where I had to undergo a procedure. I followed his instructions, which were precise and well explained. I admire his patience and skill with which he performs the procedures, and the security he offers despite the fear that patients often feel. I am grateful to the lady at the reception. They are a very good team and they transmit peace of mind. I recommend his office 100%.

A lady answered the phone at the front desk and she was very rude when I tried to ask for a fax number. I have a hearing problem and I asked her to slow down when I requested for it.
