HE MADE ME LOSE MY DR OF 10 YEARS! He covered for ALL the Drs over Thanksgiving and REFUSED to renew any of their patients' narcotics! I called a co-clinic to ask if this was SOP and when LIVINGSTON found out I'd made the call he summarily DISMISSED me, BARRING me from ALL CPC CLINICS! I was not rude, disrespectful, or loud. I made a phone call for information! I have never met this man in my LIFE. What if I had a serious, cronic condition? This is surreal. He's impulsively dangerous!!
