I think the office is great and very comfortable and the staff is wonderful and I enjoy seeing everyone there. The only complaint I have is Dr. Levy's candy is old and hard and he does not replenish it with dark chocolate

I drive 215 miles to see Dr Levy, worth every mile. Awesome and my doctors range from UCLA, Cottage, all over California. His staff is incredible, very fun and very attentive. Highly capable

I have been a patient of Dr Levy for at least 14 years. I really like that he takes an interest in my emotional health when visiting for appointments. His relaxed manner puts me at ease. His staff are really pleasant and competent. I highly recommend him for assessment and treatment of cardiac issues. I am now 74 and still going strong under his care.

There were two ladies at the front desk. One that is Asian looking is more friendly and caring. The office is a dreary, old fashioned, dingy, small space. Dr. Levy may have years of experience but I found him to be a terrible listener. Very dismissive and culturally insensitive.

Dr. Levy, please take notice that your front office personnel are gosh awful. The ladies answering your phones lack courtesy: actually laughed out loud when told of some patient's injury, places people on hold without telling them (you're wondering did the phone drop?), refuses to answer the phone if they are in a fit of pique or just because they don't feel like it so they switch the call to the recording.
