Weird that it’s 2025 and I can’t talk to my doctor on the phone and that my telemedicine appointment to discuss why I haven’t been there for two years is canceled four mins before my appointment and I’m told that I have to show up in person later. I’m not comfortable being in an office with that man until we can talk in a safe place. His team and his setup unfortunately make that very difficult. Time for a new doctor. I have been a patient of Dr. Laudadio for several years, and unfortunately, the overall quality of care from the practice has been declining. I don't necessarily blame Dr. Laudadio, but it is rare to see the doctor on time. At my last visit, I had to wait 40 minutes, and there wasn't even a way to ask anyone how long the wait would be. Additionally, when I saw the doctor, I felt rushed, and he mentioned that my appointment was supposed to last only 15 minutes. Dr. Laudadio is an exceptional physician who genuinely cares about his patients! He is down-to-earth, approachable, and empathetic—I never felt dismissed or judged when asking questions or sharing my medical concerns. During some particularly difficult times, when I began gaining weight and my migraines significantly worsened, he gently checked in to see how I was doing and reminded me that he was there if I needed anything.
