I have been trying to make an appointment for well over a year. I have been a patient my entire life here. I missed one appointment and somehow they book out years later. Today I finally got an appointment for 11:00am and had 5 texts confirming this appointment. I came in for my appointment and the receptionist told me it was cancelled and I had ZERO CALLS OR TEXTS. This is ridiculous and extremely unorganized office.
My hygienist Abby took extra time to get much done during my cleaning. She put extra time & effort into it. I appreciate greatly her hard work.She made me comfortable. Thanks!!
