I went to Dr. Zeff's office for a simple laser treatment. The nurse aimed wrong and singed my eyebrow. Thankfully she didn't miss in the other direction and get my eye. Mistakes happen, but the nurse was very argumentative when I asked for partial discount due to her error (weeks later when I still had part of my eyebrow missing and friends insisted I should reach back out to them because I shouldn't have been made to pay full price). I had breast augmentation and was very happy with the results. Dr Zeff and his staff were very personable, patient with all my questions before and after surgery, as well as professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I had to commute 1.5 hours to his office, and it was well worth it! It was nice to recieve a phone call from Dr. Zeff the day following my surgery. Dr. Zeff and his staff were very professional. I felt very comfortable with him. I interviewed two other surgeons and there was no comparison in the delivery of the information needed for me to make a good decision. He took as much time as I needed to feel comfortable in the initial consultation. Better yet, there was no pressure to make a decision right then and there. Dr. Zeff was amazing. I went to see him to correct asymmetry from previous augmentation with another PS. I was so surprised by how much time and attention he took to really identify and understand my asymmetry. He was honest and realistic with what I could expect for results. I am totally thrilled, my breasts look amazing. I would recommend Dr. Zeff and his staff. If I need any adjustments in the future, I know where I will be going.
I had a very good experience with Dr. Zeff. I had a breast augmentation and the results are exactly what i wanted. He helped me choose the correct size and shape for my build. If I had gone with what i originally chose for implants, I wouldn't be able to move my arms comfortably. I called the office with some questions I had after the procedure and the staff was very knowledgeable or quick to call me back with the answer. I highly recommend going there.
Dr Zeff was rude, cold , and has a very poor bedside manner. My breast augmentation is very disappointing. Staff was adequate, one nurse in particular comforted me after he walked out of the room .
I absolutely love this doctor and his staff. I was very unhappy and self conscious of the size of my breasts, and after discussion with family I looked into some doctors. Dr. Zeff and his staff are extremely friendly, knowledgable and have great synergy. I went to Dr. Zeff to correct another plastic surgeons breast augmentation. From the consultation to the post op. care he was very caring and considerate. He took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. He is a perfectionist!
