His staff is friendly and professional. He was friendly enough and professional. It felt like he was annoyed when I asked questions. My concern about torticollis was dismissed. After switching doctors, I found out my baby needs physical therapy and a helmet as a result of not addressing the torticollis earlier.
Great pediatrician very obviously cares and made the correct decision to see our baby at 1 month in instead of 2 months
