Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience trying to establish care here as a new patient. I initially scheduled an appointment over the phone, but a few days later the office called to tell me that my appointment had not actually been booked and that the time had since been given to someone else. Best dental experience I've ever had.
Donna was running behind due to the fact i had to do household chores. Rescheduled for Sept 1st.
I had to have 6 fillings done after many many years. Everyone at northwest Portland dental was extremely friendly and welcoming. They did a great job explaining all the steps during the process. They made sure I was doing alright throughout and were able to finish in a very timely manner. Great experience!
