Had an appointment with Dr Converse after a botched surgery attempt to ensure I did not have an underlying condition that caused it. Dr converse was quick and efficient. After we met in person, he quickly surmised I was not the variable that caused the problem which was born out through the following testing. I’m now going back to gain clearance for another attempt. I appreciate his and his staff’s competence and efficiency!

I have never received care from a doctor who seemed to care less about my issues. With very few questions and little concern about symptoms, he has dismissed serious diagnoses from other doctors and just prescribed more medication to treat rather than searching for source of the disease.

Dr. Converse was arrogant, rude, a barely 10 minute visit, yelled at my husband, who had a mask on (had told them upon check-in online and at the office when we arrived that he had a cough, but was negative for COVID and flu), telling him we were putting his whole staff at risk??? (Wait, why weren't they wearing masks to begin with?) Told him he "should have stayed home". He was a complete jerk. I did not appreciate the care I received by Dr.Converse. I mentioned that I had a specific disorder in mind since I have a family history. I was told that he does not diagnose this disorder since a diagnosis would make me feel worse. I mentioned that this was my main concern and he did a heart monitor that does not aid in the diagnosis of this disorder. I went to a different cardiologist and immediately got diagnosed with the disorder I was concerned about. I felt very disregarded by him and was told that a heart beat of 195... read more
