Unfortunately I didn’t have the greatest experience here. I don’t like leaving bad reviews to places but to be honest, my experience was so humiliating and inappropriate I feel it’s 100% necessary. The front desk was fine, the process to check in was great and quick. My issue is with Dr Kinnard specifically as well as one of the nurses, not sure her name. Went with a shoulder issue, xray was done in-house that was awesome and dr kinnard is the best
Awesome personality. Friendly face. A doctor who takes the time to listen to your concerns in order to provide the best treatment. Definitely not one of those doctors to come in, treat you, and then leave to go on to the next patient. If you’re looking for a professional doctor who cares about his patients and takes the time to actually listen to his patient. I can’t say enough positive feedback to all the staff of CAO of Central MD. If you are ever in need of an orthopedic doctor than this is the right stop.
