Dr. Kinnard is an excellent physician with a caring attitude. I have been his patient for it seems like 15 or more years. He has successfully evaluated two meniscus issues in both knees, treated an arthritic hip and currently is handling repair of my injured shoulder which may have a rotator cuff tear
