I sought evaluation for progressive pain, neuropathic symptoms, and known autoimmune disease. During the visit, previously established diagnoses were questioned without record review, clinically relevant symptoms were acknowledged verbally but not documented, and outside records were refused review. The person who answers the phone is not helpful. Very poor experience.

Dr. Keating has years of experience, hence he easily classifies patients into risk categories. His years of clinical experience gave him the ability to truly assess the practical biology and accuracy in prognostics. He is good with listening and being respectful to patients. His experience built trust in me.
