Dr. Keating has has been a blessing in my life. When i first came to him I was on a walker and experiencing disabling pain. A period of trying out different meds took some time, and admittedly was frustrating as many of the first ones didn’t work very well and sometimes not at all. Dr.Keating was extremely kind and sympathetic to my situation and kept trying. Today I am mostly pain free, go to the gym daily and walk without cane or walker. Such a gift!

I sought evaluation for progressive pain, neuropathic symptoms, and known autoimmune disease. During the visit, previously established diagnoses were questioned without record review, clinically relevant symptoms were acknowledged verbally but not documented, and outside records were refused review. He said I can't be celiac if I never had a positive biopsy, which is untrue (I have genetic and other diagnostic confirmation from other doctors). Dr. Keating has years of experience, hence he easily classifies patients into risk categories. His years of clinical experience gave him the ability to truly assess the practical biology and accuracy in prognostics. He is good with listening and being respectful to patients. His experience built trust in me.

I am a new patient of Dr. Keating and I am very pleased with the professional and courteous way I have been treated not only by Dr. Keating and by Dr. Croen but by the office staff as well. I feel there is a real interest in listening to my issues and providing me with the best care possible.
