Tyler Hall the shop foreman, provides top notch service where other shops fail miserably. He is the ONLY person with GM that will actually call you back when he says he will and he also worked in a software update to try and remedy some known issues. If Tyler has your car, it's in good hands.
We had a top notch buying experience at Richard Kay. Silas explained in detail about the vehicle. Test drive was thorough, questions answered promptly. His offer was very fair. Mike, the Finance Manager, found us a good interest rate where we were satisfied with the payment. The IT guy, & forgive me, I can't remember his name, made the "new technology for me" easy to understand. From Olivia, Lisa, the above mentioned, & the Detail guy, it was a delightful experience! We love our new "Cacti Sugar"!
