I had an incredible experience with Dr. Kaplan. A previous cataract surgery caused problems in my retina, and after surgery with Dr. Kaplan, my vision is now perfect. He takes the time to explain in detail what is going on and what will happen after the surgery, and he is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Kaplan and his staff are amazing. My dad had a botched cataract eye surgery and lost his ability to see. Not only did Dr Kaplan have the expertise and knowledge to give him back his vision, he was patient and understanding. My dad and mom were going through a lot (in their 80s) and he made them feel so comfortable, explaining everything to them, so they understood, and making sure all of their questions were answered. Dr Kaplan stepped in to treat me after a failed cataract surgery that was performed by another eye doctor. If it weren’t for his concern and expertise I feel I could have lost the vision in that eye permanently. I highly recommend using Dr Kaplan if you are experiencing retina problems.
My dad just had a complex cataract surgery completed by Dr. Kaplan and we are so grateful to him for his phenomenal care.
