Dr. Antaya and the resident working with him were both outstanding during my 19-month-old son’s appointment. They evaluated a skin lesion with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Get everything in writing when it comes to billing and what is communicated from the office staff and the doctor! On several occasions now they are trying to exploit us for money when they told us it would be covered by the initial out of pocket payment. They are asking for additional payments (Cash/Card) AND simultaneously billing our insurance! Collecting on both ends!
