Get everything in writing when it comes to billing and what is communicated from the office staff and the doctor! On several occasions now they are trying to exploit us for money when they told us it would be covered by the initial out of pocket payment. They are asking for additional payments (Cash/Card) AND simultaneously billing our insurance! Collecting on both ends!
