Dr. Hartman represents a rare breed of surgeon that makes you, as a patient, feel like your concerns are genuinely heard while also providing awesome care that you don't have to travel to a big institution for. Dr. Hartman is a highly professional and experienced orthopedic surgeon. I am most confident in his ability to diagnose and treat all orthopedic issues, including those of my family. As an attorney and daughter of an oncologist, my expectations for physicians are very high. I can attest that Dr. Hartman is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon that has my utmost confidence and recommendation.
Couldn't hold a cup of coffee and delayed due to white coat syndrome. Staff was awesome made me feel relaxed Dr. was great no white coat, was very detailed asked a lot of questions took his time and was very thorough. Surgery day was a success and this shoulder feels like I'm 25 again and better than the other. Thanks Doc!
When you cringe at the thought of having to call and deal with any of the staff answering the phone- you know there is an issue. Very unfriendly, very unprofessional, they make you feel like a burden and that you’re interrupting their day for calling and needing help. If you expect friendly and welcoming service, do not seek medical help here.
Has to many surgery’s and not enough personal (by him) follow ups with current patients.
Please change your waiting room TV to ANYTHING other than Fox News!!! A majority of people can’t stand it.
WORTH THE WAIT!!! Dr. Hartman has the absolute best bedside manner and to say he's extremely knowledgeable would be an understatement. He takes as much time as needed with patients to ensure they fully understand all treatment options and potential outcomes. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. They are always willing to go that extra mile! Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but I don't mind because I know when it's my turn to be seen I will get as much time with the doctor as
Dr. Hartman's staff took time to help me understand my knee pain and explained to me how I can make it better. They answered all my questions and after I had surgery, I not only felt better, but I already knew what I was in for and understood what was happening during the entire process. Everyone was easy to talk to and very friendly.
Dr. Hartman and his staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They genuinely care about your health and recovery. The office is easy to get to, handicap accessible, and very comfortable atmosphere. The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel good even when you hurt or are in need of relief. I would recommend anyone to this Practice.
