I went to Dr Teff because the other Neurosurgeon I went to said he would not consider doing a fusion on L4 and L5. He told me to take hydrocodone every day which wasn't helping. Dr Teff did the surgery and I went home the next day. Recovery was great. It's been 7 months now and I feel like I did 30 years ago.
Very easy to talk to. He listens and replies in language you understands. He explains exactly what to expect and will always answer your questions without leaving you wondering if the question was answered. And yes, he did a procedure on my lumbar spine with no concerns of the results.
Went to emergency and he was on call got lucky on my end. Had a piece of resting on my L3/4 so he removed it feeling a lot better
I was a patient of Dr Teff when he was at the Neuroscience Center in Billings Montana. 2013-2014 he did the surgery on my neck eleviating the pain and numbness I was experiancing. He listens to your problems and concerns and works with you to achieve your ultimate goal. He left two weeks after my surgery and I've missed him ever sense. No other Neurologist has shown me the care and treated me like they care sense he left. I would Recomend him to anyone!
At the pre-op appointment with the doctor, he outlined exactly what was going to happen and explained everything in detail. Everything went very smoothly at the hospital prior to the procedure and the doctor said the surgery was successful. I only had a minimal amount of pain from the actual incision, but did have a very sore throat due to a tube that was inserted during the operation. I would definitely recommend Dr. Teff to anyone having spinal surgery similar to mine!
Had work done on section 4 and 5 on my spine and dr teff was amazing. Extremely professional, made sure I understood everything that was going to happen and answered all my questions. I know I will probably have some more work done to my spine in the future and without question I will be seeing dr teff again. The staff is AWESOME!!!
The procedure Dr. Teff used on me was well thoughtout, reviewed, and completed with care. I was very satisfied with the outcome. I was given helpful instructions for healing -- what not to do and what to do to help with the healing. My doctor's mannerism is highly regarded by me and my sister. I would recommend Dr. Teff and the practice of Phoenix Spine to any and all other patients.
Great customer service, the professional evaluation and intervention was very impressive. I felt very comfortable going thru the procedure after several encounters and review of the MRI several times. Thank you!
Dr. Teff presents extremely well. His bedside manner was excellent: he comes off as a calm, competent professional who is able to handle the task at hand. Tracy served as the head nurse during my surgery, and she was top-notch. Everyone communicated well and kept me informed of what was going to happen, and what was happening as it occurred.
