He is more than a caring human being Attorney who is there to help those the government have screwed over. He is kind thoughtful and gives 100 percent or his everything to help those who come to him. He has a high successful rate and I recommend him to everyone in need.
Please do not trust this man with your disability case. He failed to even obtain my medical records and then, after 2 years of fighting, decided we could not fight the hearing because of he was unprepared and didn't even know what medical condition he was fighting for. He does not care that this is how you care for your family. He does not care that this is your livelihood. He won't even take responsibility. He is a terrible lawyer and doesn't seem like a real trustworthy person in general. BEWARE!
Richard has continually helped our family with wills and anything we have needed in the past 15 years. I highly recommend his assistance on any legal matters.
