Dr Richard James is knowledgeable but lacks compassion and bedside manners. Each encounter with him has felt robotic, rehearsed, and lacked compassion or empathy. My first encounter with him was when he delivered my son. After a somewhat normal labor and delivery, my son came out not breathing. This was very scary for myself and my husband. It’s always a pleasure working with Charlotte OB/GYN. I’ve been dealing with them for the last 7-8 years and couldn’t be any more happier. Dr. James has delivered two of our children via C-section and we had no issues within the entire process, thank you.
