Appointment lasted barely 3 minutes. I was told "x ray is good, go to physical therapy." No interest in trying to understand or get to the issue i came in for. Left with a general referral for "left shoulder issue". Doctor has good reviews so I am not sure why he was to uninterested in my case.
I went to the Andereson Clinic after an urgent care provider diagnosed me after xrays as having a broken finger. After xrays at your clinic, your doctor very brusquely told me it wasn't broken and gave an alternative diagnosis that confused me. When I tried asking follow-up questions, he simply repeated himself with no additional clarity. His new diagnosis was very concerning, but he took almost no time to explain it or the likely prognosis or treatment. I left much more confused than when I arrived.
Dr Edgar and the staff at Anderson Clinic at Mount Vernon are very professional, courteous and caring.
