Entire staff was friendly and accommodating! Rita Gonzalez, the MA that I met with on my first visit was so impressive with her knowledge, it helped us cut to the chase pretty quickly on my condition. I’m on Medicare and she gave us over an hour of her time. Very compassionate! And blood draws Right there in their facility without having to make an additional trip to Sonora request. This practice is beyond disappointing. Sumit wants you to come in just to “go over blood work,” only to tell you, “let’s see you again in three months.” If you try calling to get your results, you won’t get an answer for over a month—after multiple phone calls. After three attempts, I finally spoke with an assistant who couldn’t even tell me if my results were better or worse than before.
