Doctor is very good, but overbooked. 1.5 hour wait with 3 still ahead of me. I cancelled my appointment.
Provided wrong information about insurance coverage which resulted in a long delay in getting a suspicious skin spot assessed. Did not ever return calls.
My experiences with Dr. Hope have been great! His nurses are amazing as well. It is very obvious that he has a true passion for his job and truly cares about his patients. He made me feel more like a friend than his patient and I appreciate that.
Dr. Hope is an awesome Doctor, very caring and understanding. I broke out bad with Psoriasis on my legs and arm were bad. The nurses are awesome also. He prescribed Cosentyx and the nurses were great when I went to have them show me how to use the shots. I had 5 great nurses ....lol... I was so nervous. My arms and legs are already clearing up, but I do need to continue my weekly shot. Great and awesome Doctor and the nurses.......
Dr. Hope is efficient and thorough. He answers questions about your care. He and his staff are always congenial.
I have used Dr. Hope for several years and him and his staff have been very courteous and have been very concerned about my needs. The nurses have listened to me and have answered every question or concern that I have. They are always friendly and Dr. Hope always thanks me for coming in to see him.
Dr. Hope and his assistant Gina are wonderful. Not only are they knowledgeable they are very friendly and considerate. No one likes these exams however at least we find humor to laugh through it.
