Richard came out to give us a bid on the roof. He was very professional and experienced. When the crew came out to install the roof, they worked very efficiently and cohesively. I commend their professionalism in re-roofing the house and never wasting a minute of time. I would highly recommend Richard Hockett Roofing for any roof repairs or replacement projects. The home they worked on was a tile roof repair in a remote location. The positive experience started with Richard doing the bidding and Ginger in the office doing follow up. They have an easy to navigate approval process. With clear information and no pressure. I engaged Richard Hockett from Wisconsin to replace the roof on my family home. From the quote to install and clean-up Richard and his team were professional, on time and provided excellent communication throughout. The work was started on time, a change order for dry rot (which was anticipated) was communicated and quoted promptly, repairs made promptly, and the project was completed on time even with weather issues. Several months ago I was saddled with the responsibility of replacing the failed roof on my mother’s home. The house has a uniquely shaped, large roof with many challenging angles. The last roof was installed by a well known local roofing contractor who did a poor job and ultimately refused to stand behind the inadequate workmanship in the years after his company completed the job.
