My visit was so good, reason being I was treated kindly because all of you guys are friendly n that is super cool. But still need another check up because of the things that happening to me.
Dr.Herman is always pleasant and professional.
Dr Herman is an exceptional Physician who’s customer service oriented He is so knowledgeable, encouraging compassionate and caring! He openly shares his knowledge to empower his patients to take good care of themselves Thank you Dr Herman for taking such good care of me for many years!! His assistant and the gentleman at the front desk made my experience good as well
While the docs are great, I think other staff can do better. Originally I told them I wanted to get a refill on birth control, they said they wouldn’t without an appointment so I could do a dip test. I got scheduled, and while one reschedule was my mistake I got rescheduled like 3-4 times putting me off birth control over 2 months. When I did have an issue the front desk was a bit rude about it.
