They're a contractor - a go-between - for services between utilities such as EBMUD, PG&E. They screwed everything up on every single job, are completely unavailable - just try calling or emailing them: it's a sleutbning process just to try and find a phon e number - which they don't answeer.

PG&E really made more problems for this customer. We don't want this new thermostat, it's stressing out the home owner. There is nobody to help her because nobody answer the calls for assistance. So unhappy we are thinking of changing power services and leaving PG&E. This is such a disservice and are afraid to find out what else could happen when these types program's are implemented. Better Business Bruea. Needs to be made aware of this.

They’re people were contracted by PG&E to do work they were not capable of preforming. After month and months of screwed up data that was collected by their subcontracted and their failure to return phone calls they said I wasn’t a fit for the program and gave reasons that were not found on my property. Overall the sub had to follow up multiple times to even get this place to give them a single answer. I would not contract or work with this company as they are not equipped to do the work they are contracted for.
