Dr Havard is an Elite Surgeon. He did Surgery on me prior. I supposed to meet with him for consultation on 4/1/24. But no. Samaritan decided against that. Makes me sick. He is one heck of a Surgeon and so is DR Dale. I give my Surgeon 10 stars. Samaritan zero.
