Fantastic service. Rick went above and beyond helping me and my fiancee buy our first home. From out of state at that! He took the time to answer/address any and all questions/concerns we had thru the entire process. We contacted Rick an entire year before we finally closed on our gome and he was with us every step of the way. From our first meeting to closing Rick was there every step of the way. I can't say enough about his knowledge of the area and his patience in helping me find the perfect home. Being an out of town client Rick set me up with the portal to view homes that matched what I was looking for so I could view potential property online before coming to Florida.
