DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Would give ZERO stars if possible! They don't honor their contract, often no call/no show, and are charlatans who owe me a significant amount of money in "allowances" that they are refusing to pay. Change orders were never in writing, or is they were, were not itemized. They billed for work that had not yet been completed, and they're just not worth anyone's time. I've never posted a negative review online. I'm doing this to help others avoid the pain and anguish I've experienced over the last 6+ years, never mind lost time and money. Do NOT hire Richard Haro. I completed a major remodel (est. $500K) with his firm in 2019 and have experienced major issues such as ongoing roof leaks which caused damage to my property (first leak appeared just two months after moving in) plus a gas leak that got my home red-tagged by PG&E.
