We hired Richard Hammond Builders to do some work for us which as stated in their agreement included making our roof watertight. They had convinced us to let them use a method at a higher cost to ensure there would be no leaks. Since the leaks never stopped I can only assume they did not know what they were doing. They attempted to fix the faulty repair but were unsuccessful and we still have buckets of water every time it rains. When asked again to return and fix the problem they refused.
