Excellent dentist. Explains everything well. Great Staff. My sister and daughter-in-law went to him after being told by other dentists they needed a LOT of dental work. Dr. Real found their teeth to be in good shape and all they needed were x-rays, cleaning and exam. This was 3 years ago for my dil and over 20 for my sister, so obviously Dr. Real's assessment was correct. LOVE this dentist!

My first visit to Dr. Real was when I was 17 years old. That was 40 years ago! He has been my regular dentist ever since. Over the years, he has performed root canals, completed fillings, made some of the most beautiful crowns for me, as well as a bridge or two. But the thing that stands out most is his ability to put you a ease. Kind and compassionate, and is the only dentist I know who can give a shot with little to no pain. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. They are very organized and professional. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.Wish I would have found them ten years ago.They really care about you & it shows. Best dentist in Alabama!
