Ever since his wife has been handling the administrative duties to this office it’s gone downhill. I’ve taken my almost 11 year old to Dr. Kyi since he was worn and since my oldest son was 6. Had an urgent request for a doctor’s appointment today and because Dr Kyi’s wife couldn’t open my son’s insurance card on a pdf document in their very outdated system (they use hotmail as an email service) she got mad and kept yelling at me that next time I need to take the physical card. The wife ( front desk) is the worst, very rude and disrespectful. Hung up the phone in my face & bad mouthed me. Shocked that this place still has people going in.
The dr and especially the wife is very unprofessional my son was in a lot of pain 8/7/23 and was denied service. He broke the Hippocratic of sue no harm.I ended up taking my son to the ER. After the ER, I was sent to my pediatrician. I called to schedule an appt 8/8 or walk in and I was told was told he will no longer take him in as a patient knowing he is a special needs child. Many patients gone and employees do not last no time. Horrible treatment. All because of the horrible miserable wife. The doctor is good but for the treatment you will encounter he is not worth it. All they see is money and money only! Do not mind paying for a good and professional service. But here it is the opposite. So go somewhere else not worth the miserable treatment they provide. HORRIBLE.
My daughter was coughing badly at nights, and we have cough problems since she was a baby, and been seeing the doctor constantly. I called on Saturday asking to talk to the doctor, if he could call me back, we were unable to go to the office that day. She said that doctor will not call me back until Monday, since he is busy today (even though she offered us to come to the office), and he doesn't work on Sundays. Dr kyi is a wonderful dr. How ever …… his wife the manager of the office is extremely unprofessional extremely rude. I have never met anyone so unprofessional and ignorant as her. I switched dr because of her.
Dr. Kyi is wonderful however his wife (office manager) is the rudest person ever. Well you are talking, she will hang up on you! Trying to make a same day appointment for a very sick child, she will tell you “go to ER or find another doctor”. Did she forget where she works and should be a little more understanding. The office staff is no better. You can definitely tell who trained them! It’s a shame because Dr. Kyi is so good with the kids.
Very well honest and respective doctor! He has been treating my children for 5 years and I love how he talks to the children as they were growing with their bodies. Very smart and selfless doctor!
Dr. Kyi is a great doctor. He has been my grandchildren doctor for several years. After today I am switching doctors. Dr. Kyi gave us a referral to another specialist to deal with a issue for my grandson. I called the office and asked if I could have the referral emailed or fax to me. The mean, rude wife tells me to bring the insurance card in order to get the referral. I said I've never heard of this. She said just bring the card and not the child.
