Avoid this place. Just called to set up an appt, the woman who answered treated me like dirt. She said to email my insurance card and medical records. I said isn't that unsecure, can't we request records from previous docs? She said that's not my job that's your job and hung up on me. I called back to ask what her problem was and got hung up on again. Nice! Thanks!

I’m deeply saddened to write this, as my three children have been patients of Dr. Kyi’s practice for 17 years. My concerns are not about Dr. Kyi himself, but about how his office — managed by his wife — has treated our family. Two years ago, I requested a copy of my child’s physical for school enrollment. I was told she was too busy, to check back in two weeks, and that it “wasn’t her problem.” When I offered to come in person, I was told not to come — and she hung up. Tried reaching out to get my sons shot records and Dr.Kyi wife was extremely rude and very unprofessional on the phone, and the lack of help was very disappointing because I liked taking my child to this facility. As a business owner myself, I would never tell a patient “I’m to busy I can not help you” then proceeds to hang up on me. I will not be returning or recommend anybody to this facility.
