He doesn't have very good manners. Doesn't explain or listen. I spent more time in the waiting room and waiting for instructions, then I did with him, considering that I was a new patient. If you like rushed, unfriendly doctor visits, go for it. I won't be scheduling that follow-up.

I have gone to multiple drs for my hs. It is great to be able to have a dr who knows what I hav . Granted there are not many options as far as treatment and no cure but he didnt make you feel like there was no hope I have messaged him multiple times on mychart and have received responses within a da . I drive 4 hours one way to go to this clinic and have no regret . I had Surgery at HF and some of the best care I have experienced. He doesnt sugar coat things and is upfront and honest.
I usually have fantastic experiences with Henry Ford docs but this one is just terrible. His bedside manner was appalling-- condescending, a terrible listener (actually interrupted me when I attempted to ask a question) and gave me no other options for acne besides acutane after seeing me just once. When I used the "mychart" messaging system to reach him to express my hesitance about this VERY aggressive drug, he didn't even bother to reply.
