I was desperate and called this place. I went because I was able to be seen same day. But the place looks worn down. Dr. Patrick was sick like he shouldn’t be at work sick - no face mask. He checked the X-rays said there wasn’t a fracture and that I needed an MRI (like it’s $10!) He told me to rest and ice. Turns out it was prob broken and torn a ligament. Not trusting this place again.
I took my elderly mother to see Dr. Patrick Jadali, DPM @ the LB Village Road location. We had a great 1st time experience with Dr. Jadali. He had a great bedside manner, explained what he was doing in detail, took his time with treating my mom, and seemed just overall like a great doctor. My mom was pleased that he was gentle with his care, and said she definitely would go back to him for future follow up care. Thank you Dr. Jadali for taking good care of my mom!
Severe lack of transparency and communication, I got charged without notice a $120 fee on top of copay for a "procedure" that was made up. Not fair and ethical.
I’ve only seen Dr. Shirai, and I like her so very much. Also the office staff has been wonderful. I’ve been to other podiatrist and left feeling unheard and unseen, but that is not the case at Sol Foot and Ankle, they are wonderful.
