EDIT UPDATE: I received the auto response as others indicated. Received a phone call from the operations manager a couple of days later who apologized. She said that James is no longer with the practice and could therefore not obtain information from him about what happened and essentially there’s nothing they could do. Dr. Richard Gray did wonders for me. He put an injection in my wrist, and it feels much better now. I felt like it was a miracle, since my wrist hurt so much before. I would highly recommend Dr. Gray!
