Dr. Gray is phenomenal, kind and knowledgeable. This review is for the office manager and billing Department. The Billing Department, led by a supervisor who refused independent review, is operating without accountability. My account was charged using a CPT code for a "non-manipulation treatment," resulting in a total charge that grossly exceeded what other reputable medical offices charge for the same service. Dr. Gray is constantly late for his appointments, even if you are his first appointment of the day. Although his surgery skills are good, his office staff doesn't get back to you in a timely fashion. I have been definitely disappointed with the way that I was treated after this surgery. Lack of courtesy. from his staff to lack of helping me fill out my paperwork especially several days post operative surgery on my dominant hand.
