The physician is knowledgeable and kind, but the billing at this office is excessive and not transparent—the insurance charges are far higher than any other specialist I’ve seen. When trying to get an explanation from the office manager or billing department, I received no proper breakdown, just demands for payment with no clinical documentation to justify the charges.
