Richard is the best! He was so responsive with properties meeting my criteria, drafted offers and counters lickety split, stayed upbeat even when I made him work (a lot) on the weekend, and ultimately landed me in an awesome house! If you're in need of a buyer or listing agent in Northeast, he should be your first choice!
