Richard is the best! He was so responsive with properties meeting my criteria, drafted offers and counters lickety split, stayed upbeat even when I made him work (a lot) on the weekend, and ultimately landed me in an awesome house! If you're in need of a buyer or listing agent in Northeast, he should be your first choice!
Richard was the most efficient salesman I have ever used. He was able to sell our 1 bedroom condo in, record time. Richard negotiated a fair price. I believe the buyer was happy as I was. One thing I especially liked was his .communication..He definitely kept me up to date. He will get my first call when I move again.
