I have been seeing Dr Urso for the last few years and have appreciated his wisdom in eye care. I have recommended him readily because very few doctors today recommend key supplements etc that help keep our eyes/ bodies healthy. I am saddened to hear of your retirement. I wish you well!
My normal opto referred me to Dr. Urso for a bump on the skin of my eyelid. I made an appointment, explained what the problem was, and went on the day. When I got there, they ushered me through a routine eye exam and then I waited for about 2 hours in a packed waiting room where nobody was moving. People were getting more and more frustrated and, talking to the other patients, we realized that everyone's appointment had been scheduled for the same time, or within 5-10 minutes of each other. I had surgery scheduled fo January 12th and after speaking to the anesthesiologist it was determined that I could not have the procedure that day. I was told that someone in Dr Urso's office would get back with me to explore other options. I have not heard back from anyone after leaving messages with anyone I could with no call back since the 13th I have been left with a terrible problem with my eye and can not get any help from anyone!
I have been a patient of Dr Richard Urso for over 20 years and he is the best Doctor anywhere !!!
