very rude staff. difficult to make appointments
I like the fact that my colonscopy went very smoothly and that his staff is very diligent about follow up calls and calling in prescriptions. Dr. Quist is also very through and detailed to cover everything in the telehealth call. I would highly recommend him. His office promptly answers calls and returns call. I wish all doctors offices were like this! Hands down the best customer service!

I have a rare condition that only Dr. Quist, MD was able to identify and resolve. A repeat Endoscopy was required yesterday 8/31/21 and as always over the years— the procedure went perfectly and today when the HOAG hospital called to check up on me- I was able to answer I’m back to near perfect condition I always recommend Dr. Richard Quist, MD
Horrible doctor! Will never see him again! Uncaring and rude!
Appointment was on time as I did not have to wait and he was very understandable as he explained was needed to to done to find the problem and fix the problem.
In December 2020 I had a colonoscopy and an esophageal endoscopy performed by Dr. Quist, including esophageal dilation to fix my swallowing problem. The doctor and his team were great through the entire process, and my swallowing issue is now fixed. I highly recommend Dr. Quist.
Not good. This office will not accept an appointment from you if you have Medicare and don't have a secondary insurance. Even offered to give them a cash deposit to cover anything Medicare didn't pick up....they refused and said you are required to have a secondary insurance if you have Medicare. Sorry, but this sounds very suspect. I am assuming everyone on here giving high reviews must either not have Medicare or have two insurances this office can bill. Does that sound right to anyone else?
The Finest Gastroenterolist I was able to finally find after 22 years of swallowing difficulties and pain. He Diagnosed‘Jackhammer Esophagus’ with a treatment plan that worked Thank You Doctor Quist ??
