Front office people were rude when I didn’t go to the correct window for Dr Frost. There was no indication in front of which window was for Dr. Frost.

A person behind the desk wasn't wearing a mask (the receptionist was). When I questioned it, I was told that "she isn't near anyone" and that "she'll put it on if she gets up to walk around." I directly asked if they understood how the pandemic worked. I saw 1 other person in the same area also without a mask. The doctor was nice; I question how much his office understands medicine. It's funny that I should go through screening on the way in, followed by a statement that I was "required to wear a mask at all times," then fin... read more
